- Provide counseling services within the counselor’s scope of training and practice to individuals, adults, youth, couples, families, groups, etc.
- Ability to develop positive, trauma-informed therapeutic rapport.

- Motivated and able to be self-directed and work independently.
- Ability to maintain healthy boundaries and self-care practices.
- Plans to stay updated with current best practices, emerging trends, and research in mental health therapy and the contractor’s areas of interest.

The counselor will be compensated on the 15th and last day of each month a competitive negotiated percentage (reflective of the counselor’s qualifications and experience) of the total fees actually collected (net received) by the practice as a direct result of the contractor's delivery of services.
Other Benefits:
- The practice covers all credentialing costs.
- Access to a furnished office in an established practice.
- Inclusion in the practice’s advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Access to practice management software (Simple Practice) with Telehealth capability.
